The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, and the staff is cute. Junior Suite was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. Great pool area and the nearby bar offers delicious food! Be aware that noise from the bar can be considerable at night.

The staff in general is excellent.

The room seemed good modern, the bed was comfy. The decor was beautiful and the staff were very friendly.

There was no hot water, despite waiting as instructed. The towels were old and dingy, giving a terrible impression of cleanliness. The air conditioner triggered allergic reactions for all of us.

Also, location was great and awesome, not very far from Pools. Plus the hotel was close to eateries and bars. The room was fairly good and with exceptionally comfortable beds.

Some people working there were noisy.

Our first night was spoiled by a loud group nearby. Despite my complaints, the noise continued until late, affecting our sleep.

Consider requesting a room away from the bar to avoid noise during your stay.

During our recent stay, we loved the outdoor pool and the cozy sun terrace, perfect for relaxation. It was a great place to unwind after a long day, although prices at the bar felt a bit high. I’d recommend checking out the local eateries for better deals! 🌞

The location is prime, just a block from the beach, great for families. The cleanliness of the hotel and availability of beach equipment were standout positives. The noise from a nearby bar impacted our sleep, so asking about room placement might be wise. A heated pool would also enhance the experience.

Had a blast with friends! Loved the cozy atmosphere, access to fine sunsets, and the easy trips to Punta Higuero for surfing and snorkeling nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area was super chill. Friendly staff added to the great experience!

The only downside was the loud music from the nearby bar. It was a bit too much, especially late at night.

We were just a few steps from great local restaurants like Kahuna Burger Bar and Grill, perfect for grabbing meals after a day of exploring the nearby Steps Beach and other scenic spots.

The staff, and their local knowledge was a huge plus. I loved the close proximity to the beach and nearby coffee shops, which exceeded my expectations from previous stays in rincon.
